These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of GetIULQuote.com (the "Site"), operated by Kevin Boostani Insurance ("we," "us," or "our"), and your participation in our SMS/text messaging program. By using the Site, submitting a quote request, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
- Program name: Kevin Boostani Insurance quote follow-up and appointment notifications
- Program description: After you request a quote on GetIULQuote.com and check the consent box, we may text you to follow up on your Indexed Universal Life (IUL) insurance quote, share policy illustrations, schedule or confirm appointments, and respond to your questions about life insurance products and related services.
- How to opt in: Opt-in occurs only when you check the consent box on our quote form and submit your phone number. We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not opted in.
- Message frequency: Varies by conversation. You will typically receive a small number of messages related to your quote and any appointments you schedule.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data charges from your wireless carrier apply to all messages sent and received.
- How to opt out: Reply STOP to any text message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by calling or texting 727-600-6501.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or call or text 727-600-6501.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may obtain a quote and purchase insurance without agreeing to receive text messages.
Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and may not be available in all areas.
Your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
Phone Calls
When you check the consent box on our quote form, you also agree that Kevin Boostani Insurance and its licensed agents may call you at the number you provided, including by calls placed using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice. You may withdraw this consent at any time by telling the caller you no longer wish to be contacted or by calling or texting 727-600-6501.
Nature of the Site
The Site provides general information about Indexed Universal Life insurance and allows you to request a personalized quote. Information on the Site is for educational purposes only and is not a solicitation to purchase any specific product, a guarantee of coverage or rates, or financial, tax, or legal advice. Any quote or illustration we provide is an estimate based on the information you give us and is subject to underwriting by the issuing insurance carrier.
IUL policies are life insurance products. Past index performance does not guarantee future results. Policy loans and withdrawals may reduce the death benefit and cash value. Consult a licensed professional before purchasing any insurance product.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a state in which Kevin Boostani Insurance is licensed to use the Site and request a quote. By submitting the form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that the phone number you enter belongs to you.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Kevin Boostani Insurance or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kevin Boostani Insurance disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the messaging program.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or the messaging program after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
